Don't forget to do the math, too. Due to everyone needing the same tags, you may find you end up paying more ISK in tags, than the 2 run BPC is worth (or 2 built ships).

I suspect that Silly Miners was already in your journal prior to the patch. Unless you've declined a mission, which clears the journal, the next mission is pre-decided on the journal, even if you don't speak to the agent.
